HISTORY OF MY LIMBY COLORING CLUB PAGES

During 2018 - 2019 I participated in a program called The Dynamic Neural Retraining System (DNRS) developed by a wonderful woman named Annie Hopper. In a nutshell, DNRS is a program that helps people retrain their brains

to heal damage to the limbic system, the primitive part of your brain in charge of the fight or flight response.

I developed an internal dialogue relationship with my limbic system, affectionally called Limby.  I began drawing Limby cartoons featuring lessons and insights from my DNRS practice and sharing them with my fellow DNRS retrainers. Inspiration for many of my Limby Pages evolved forum discussions. (Confidentiality scrupulously perserved.)
